How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need to order?

To determine the number of rolls required, measure the height and width of your walls in feet. Multiply these numbers to get the total square footage, then divide by the square footage listed on the specific wallpaper roll. We always recommend ordering 10-15% extra to account for pattern matching and trimming.

Do you offer physical samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Colors can vary significantly between digital screens and real-life lighting. Most of our patterns offer a sample size option on the product page so you can check the texture and color in your own space.

What is the difference between 'pasted' and 'unpasted' wallpaper?

Pasted (or pre-pasted) wallpaper has an adhesive backing that is activated by dipping the paper in water. Unpasted wallpaper requires a separate adhesive or paste to be applied to the wall or the back of the paper during installation.

What is your return policy for wallpaper rolls?

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed rolls within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-cut orders or samples are generally non-refundable.

What should I do if my wallpaper arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage so we can expedite a replacement for you.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is backordered from the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
