At Mahone’s Wallpaper Shop, we want you to be delighted with your home transformation. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unopened, resalable rolls within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your wallpaper is unopened, in its original shrink-wrap, and from a returnable brand, as some custom or designer collections may be final sale.

Request a Return Authorization

Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

Pack and Ship

Carefully pack your rolls in a sturdy box with the RA number clearly marked on the outside; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and checks in your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
